Dedicated on-site medical care for the Scenic City
Chattanooga Event Medical Services was built by working first responders who kept seeing the same gap: events and job sites with hundreds of people on site and no organized medical plan. We fill that gap with trained event medical personnel, real equipment, and written protocols — so organizers can run their event and safety managers can run their site.
Trained event medical crews
Every event medical staff member completes BLS first responder training and venue-specific safety orientation before their first shift, with credentials tracked for expiration.
Coordinated, not competing
We are a private contractor that works alongside Hamilton County EMS. Severe emergencies are escalated to 911 with pre-planned staging and access.
Documentation discipline
Patient care reports, refusals, and shift summaries are completed on site and delivered to the client contact after every contract.
Our scope, stated plainly
Chattanooga Event Medical Services, LLC provides dedicated on-site First Aid, Triage, and Safety Monitoring. We are a non-transport service; medical transport for life-threatening emergencies is coordinated directly through local municipal 911 dispatch. When a patient requires transport or advanced care, we stabilize and coordinate handoff with Hamilton County EMS using access and staging arrangements established during event planning.
